To Our Guests:

  • Please do not be offended if our employees refrain from shaking your hand. We will welcome you with a smile but will keep our hands to ourselves and follow the recommendations for social distancing. Check out our floor decals demonstrating properly spaced social distancing.
  • When you arrive for your service appointment, our service staff will keep their distance until you exit your vehicle. They will then proceed to wipe down the frequently touched surfaces in vour vehicle with a disinfecting solution. Likewise, when we return your vehicle to you, we will do the same. All our advisors follow CDC guidelines and wear new nitrile gloves for each vehicle being serviced.
  • We have increased the number of times our staff cleans and disinfects common areas across all of our dealerships by sterilizing all customer-facing and employee common areas systematically throughout the day. These areas include but are not limited to door handles, countertops, restroom surfaces, handrails, tables, chairs, and many more commonly touched areas.
  • We specifically focus on cleaning all customer waiting areas (desks, tables, chairs, nursery room) as soon as they are vacated by other customers.
  • We have rearranged our waiting areas to accommodate the CDC social distancing guidelines and have created an area for vulnerable and at-risk guests.
  • We encourage all guests to wear a mask. Our employees will be wearing masks, so join the fun; to mask up k, better for everyone.

  • All team members are asked to isolate themselves for the recommended 14 days if someone in their household is either demonstrating symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or determined to have come into contact with someone who has.
  • Any team members who become ill are instructed to not come to work until they have fully recovered. If they display symptoms consistent with COVID-19, we ask that they return with clearance from their physician or after a self-quarantine period of 14 days and are fully symptom-free.
  • We are requiring our staff to wash their hands regularly throughout the day.
  • We have strategically placed hand sanitizer around our facilities that is accessible to all team members to allow them to sterilize their hands regularly.
  • We have instructed our staff to either wash hands or use hand sanitizer after handling food and touching personal items.
  • All employees must check their temperature daily and take a self-assessment health quiz.

Colorado Update:

Effective Wednesday, May 13, 2020, special sales department hours for vulnerable individuals are Wednesdays, 8-10 a.m. Special service hours for vulnerable individuals are Saturdays, 3:30-5:00 p.m. During these hours, only customers who are considered vulnerable individuals will be allowed inside the respective departments, with all the appropriate physical distancing and sanitation protocols being enforced. "Vulnerable individual" means anyone with a disability, anyone over the age of 60, and anyone with a serious underlying heath condition. Consistent with the government order, if a customer claims to be a vulnerable individual, there will be no verification of their status.
