401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Our retirement plan provides employees the opportunity to systematically save for their retirement goals. The 401(k), offered through Fidelity Investments, includes company matching on most full-time and part-time team members' contributions.
Employees may choose to contribute to a traditional 401(k) with their pre-tax money, or to a Roth 401(k) so their money is taxed now, but not upon withdrawal.

Paid Leave, Holidays and PTO

Miller Dealerships is proud to offer paid holidays and up to 4 weeks of paid time off per year depending on tenure and position. We also offer Paid Pregnancy Disability Leave, Paid Parental Leave, and Family and Medical Leave, as well as a range of disability and hospital indemnity plans to mitigate the impacts of medical emergencies.

Asbury Cares
Our mission at Asbury is to have our guests view us as trusted, high-integrity professionals who consistently deliver an exceptional experience and genuinely care about their needs. We wish to provide our communities with more than just our products and services. This is why we look for opportunities to give back to our communities in the nine states where our dealerships are located. We host, sponsor, and participate in various charity events throughout the year, and our team members donate their time and money to help improve the lives of people in their communities and their fellow co-workers. Our dealerships donate our services or lend our vehicles to deserving non-profits and causes that are important to our team members and are making a significant impact in our communities.
In 2020, Asbury launched the Asbury Cares Community Initiative to support selected community partner organizations focused on reducing social inequality. All Asbury team members are given an additional 40 hours of paid time off per year that can only be used to volunteer with our community partners.
Nationwide, Asbury and its dealerships partner with, and donate to, a number of charities and non-profits including: Hunger Fight, Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The American Red Cross, The Ronald McDonald House Charities, Boys and Girls Club, 100 Black Men of Atlanta, BackPack Beginnings, and more.
