DRAWING: On Saturday, November 14, 2015, Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson and Larry H. Miller Dodge RAM Tucson are giving away one (1) 2-Year Lease on a base model 2015 Jeep Patriot. Entries may be submitted beginning August 17, 2015 and ending October 30, 2015. Four (4) entrants will be randomly selected as Finalists for the November 14, 2015 giveaway. Selection will occur at Noon on November 2, 2015, at Larry H. Miller Automotive Operations offices at 9350 S 150 E #500 in Sandy, Utah 84070.
Four (4) winners will be randomly drawn from the combined entries submitted from the entry box containing all entries submitted through 9:00 p.m. October 30, 2015 to be a finalist. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to be selected as a Finalist, but Finalists must be present at the November 14, 2015 University of Arizona football game to win a 2-Year Lease on a base model 2015 Jeep Patriot.
If any of the drawing winners cannot be reached by 4pm on November 3, 2015 to confirm their attendance at the November 14, 2015 University of Arizona football home game, or if one of the winners declines to attend the November 14, 2015 University of Arizona football home game, a random drawing will be held on November 3, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. and entry forms will be randomly drawn until four (4) Finalists are confirmed as Finalists to attend the November 14, 2015 University of Arizona football home game.
Each of the four (4) Finalists will be provided two (2) free tickets to the November 14, 2015 University of Arizona football home game, where the 2-Year Lease will be given away. At halftime, each of the four (4) Finalists will be brought onto the field to randomly select a car key from among four (4) keys, one of which will start the Prize Vehicle. Each finalist will then take a turn sitting in the Prize Vehicle and attempt to start the Prize Vehicle with the key they have selected. Once the Prize Vehicle is started by the winning key the remaining Finalists, if any, will not attempt to start the Prize Vehicle as the winner will have been determined when the Prize Vehicle is started. The Winning Entrant will be whichever finalist has the key that starts the Prize Vehicle. There is a guaranteed winner, however Winning Entrant must provide proof of insurance and meet all other requirements for approval, and in fact be approved by a third party leasing company, for the 2-Year Lease, which will be pre-paid by Miller Automotive Operations.
ENTRIES: Completed entries must be submitted between August 17, 2015 and October 30, 2015 to be valid. Entries may be submitted to the registration box located at Larry H. Miller Dealerships tent beginning two hours before kickoff at each University of Arizona football home game (September 3, 2015, September 19, 2015, September 26, 2015, October 10, 2015, and October 24, 2015). Entry boxes will be located at the Larry H. Miller Dealerships tent in the tailgate area, beginning two hours prior to kickoff; attendance at the University of Arizona football home games is not required to submit entries at entry boxes located at the tailgate tent on the aforementioned selected dates. Entries may also be submitted via mail to Miller Automotive Operations, c/o Larry H. Miller Dealerships Tucson Gridiron Giveaway, 9350 South 150 East Suite 500, Sandy, UT 84070 or submitted on the internet by filling out the internet form located at: www.lhmgridirongiveaway.com/universityofarizona.htm; entries submitted by mail or via the internet must be received by October 30, 2015 to be valid. Entry forms require basic information and must be completed by Entrant to be valid. Multiple entries may not be submitted, maximum of one (1) total entry per person; entries exceeding the maximum allowed for any entry method will be discarded. PRIZE: 2-Year Lease on one (1) base model 2015 Jeep Patriot will be given to the finalist who selects the winning key, which starts the Prize Vehicle. The 2-Year Lease for the base model prize vehicle will be pre-paid by Miller Automotive Operations. Winning Entrant must provide proof of insurance. Winning Entrant must be approved for the 2-Year Lease by third party leasing company and maintain insurance on the Prize Vehicle for the term of the 2-Year Lease. 2-Year Lease may not be assigned or subleased. Winning Entrant has the option of requesting a total cash option of $6,000, to be provided by Larry H. Miller Dealerships, in lieu of the 2-Year Lease for a base model prize vehicle. If, for any reason, Winning Entrant does not qualify for 2-Year lease, cannot enter into a 2-Year Lease agreement, or cannot provide proof of insurance, Winning Entrant shall be entitled to cash option as described above. By accepting the cash option, Winning Entrant relinquishes any and all rights to the Prize Vehicle and any difference in prize value. Retail value of 2-Year lease for Prize Vehicle is $6,000.
WINNING ENTRANT: Winning Entrant shall be required to execute all application documents, obtain approval for the 2-Year Lease from third party leasing company and execute a 2-Year lease agreement. Winning entrant must provide proof of insurance and MUST BE APPROVED FOR THE 2-YEAR LEASE; Miller Automotive Operations will pre-pay the 2-Year lease under Winning Entrant's name. Winning Entrant will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of drawing or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant selected. Miller Automotive Operations, Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson, and Larry H. Miller Dodge RAM Tucson reserve the exclusive right to determine whether any entrant meets any pre- or post-drawing requirement to claim any prize. Should winning entrant later be determined ineligible for any reason, pre-paid by Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson, and Larry H.
