Fresh off a redesign for the 2016 model year, the Honda Pilot has become quite a popular vehicle for families. Now, as the 2017 model year vehicles arrive in our dealership, we’re learning that our preferred automaker has added some additional features to the already-stellar three-row SUV.
One of the new features for the 2017 Pilot will be the addition of Apple Carplay and Android Auto, which allow smart phone connectivity on the screen on the center stack. This makes Honda one of the first mainstream automakers to use this technology—it was previously made available on 2016’s Accord and Civic. Other updates include fingerprint-resistant screens, and more choice in interior and exterior colors, such as White Diamond Pearl, which formerly was only available on the top trim.
