There are a lot of vehicles dazzling the crowd at the New York International Auto Show this year. The 2017 Subaru Impreza is one we have our eye on in particular (just look at that photo! Can you blame us?)
What makes this Impreza so special? For one, it marks the debut of the Subaru Global Platform. What does this mean for future new Subaru models? It means a 50-percent reduction in body roll and a 70-percent increase in body rigidity. We give that a thumbs up.
The 2017 Impreza, like our current model, will have four trim lines: the 2.0i base, Premium, Sport, and Limited. Also, like the current lineup, the Impreza doesn't cut corners when it comes to safety. You can expect to the see Subaru EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology again, as well as some welcoming additions: Reverse Automatic Braking and a four-way Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
Along with impressive styling, the 2017 Impreza will also offer a more spacious cabin as well as new multimedia features like standard Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™.
